I'm a doctoral student therapist who is passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ community and providing a safe and affirming space to navigate gender and sexuality-related concerns. I also work with adults and college students to provide support for anxiety, depression, trauma, body image, and coping with stress and life transitions. I am sex-positive, neurodiversity-affirming, and enjoy working with polyamorous/ethically non-monogamous and kink communities.
I aim to approach therapy through an anti-oppressive, intersectional lens. I value collaboration, goal-setting, and client feedback. I focus on spotlighting your unique strengths and interests to help you implement positive changes. I don't believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, and we'll work together to address your specific needs.
