I am currently working with adults 18 years of age and older who would like assistance with emotion regulation, trauma recovery, depression, anxiety, life stressors, and more!
I draw from multiple therapeutic modalities/interventions based on my clients’ desire for therapy, their goals, and their specific needs. I specialize in working with trauma survivors, and I enjoy utilizing EMDR for multiple concerns including but not limited to trauma resolution/integration, depression, and anxiety.
