As a south Asian who grew up in India and migrated to America, I understand the complexities of adapting to new cultures while holding onto the core values that form integral parts of our identities. From my experiences, I understand how to create an authentic, therapeutic environment where clients feel seen, heard, and respected. I have advanced degrees in psychology from abroad and NY, which has given me a well-rounded education and a wide range of experience. For 7 years, I have worked, internationally, with individuals from diverse ethnic and sociocultural backgrounds. I have experience working with Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Relationship/family issues & many more challenges.
