My "ideal client" is someone who is coming to therapy to grow and become the best version of themselves. I have training and experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression and other life changing events (childbirth, divorce, etc.). I have a growing passion for working with those diagnosed with cancer, their families and caregivers. I enjoy utilizing multiple different therapeutic techniques and tools to help you meet your goals in sessions. My practice style welcomes individuals, couples, and families of all ages.
I am qualified to provide DBT informed care and implement other evidence based practices. I have extensive professional experience working with cancer (those with cancer and those providing caregiver support) and other life changing illnesses. My office, in person or online, is a safe space for growth and healing.
I provide a free telephone consultation to determine if we are a good fit for a therapeutic relationship. If you don't think I am the right fit for you, I can provide a list of other great professionals to consult with to ensure you have found the right therapist for you.
