I utilize my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and weave in my training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), to empower individuals to develop healthy coping mechanisms, navigate challenges, and achieve personal growth.
