My counseling is for the Girls, Gays and Theys, with focus on women, LGBTQIA+, and ADHD using a holistic approach to wellness. We face enough stigma, and I want my sessions to be and open, safe space to come out with your weird, because we celebrate our weirdness as a strength. You deserve good things! You deserve healthy relationships, and to live as who you are, be celebrated for progress, and you can set boundaries that will be respected! My goal for our work is to provide a safe space for you, to heal, to grow, and to learn how to experience emotions boldly and wholeheartedly. .
I work with young adults (18-40), experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use, ADHD, sexuality, religious trauma, and PTSD symptoms, working with female bodied people with PCOS, hormonal issues, and the impact on mental health. My treatment approach has its foundation in safety, empowerment, collaboration, trustworthiness and transparency.
My approach is casual, excited, I will be a cheerleader, helping you build healthy relationships, heal from trauma, set and reach goals. You have everything you need, I am just here to help you get to where you want to be. We can strengthen our relationships, set boundaries, prioritize ourselves, do things that bring us JOY!
