Connection is the most integral part of my approach to counseling. My goal is to aid clients in developing a well-balanced lifestyle so that they can feel self-confident, fulfilled, and intimately connected to others. I hope for my clients to live in a wholehearted way that honors what they truly value, as opposed to feeling stuck in patterns that are no longer serving them.
My early clinical experience took place in intensive treatment facilities, with a focus on complex trauma and its co-occurring disorders. I have come to learn that our wounds can inform how we see the world, and yet, do not have to define who we are. It is my passion to aid clients in understanding their past while feeling empowered to move forward.
