Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to view my profile to learn about me and my style as a counselor. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Registered Play Therapist (RPT). I practice from a client-centered and holistic approach, considering a client's emotional, social, spiritual and physical health. I aim to provide a safe and empathetic space for collaboration and encouragement for each of my clients. I primarily utilize CBT and play therapy to assist clients in building the skills they need towards healing.
I primarily work with children, adolescents, and young adults. My experience is in working with individuals with a variety of concerns including: anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, self-esteem, and coping skills development. Additionally, I offer play therapy for my younger clients.
I aim to establish trust and create a healing environment for my clients. My commitment is to work collaboratively with each client and provide encouragement as they work toward their goals.
