College Mental Wellness IOP
The College Mental Wellness Intensive Outpatient Program is a virtual group for clients between the ages of 18-25 who are enrolled in higher education. This group is tailored to college students struggling with mental health and college stressors that may be impacting their everyday life. Some include depression, anxiety, trauma, gaining independence, the stress of managing academics and social life, forming and maintaining relationships. This program combines Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. The CMW IOP is an intense level of care that goes beyond individual counseling.
