I work with children, teenagers and adults who present with a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal issues. My use of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychoanalytic Theory, Solution Focused Therapy, and Art Therapy helps clients become more aware of their strengths, motives, and goals. My ideal client is motivated to better themselves to achieve relaxation and happiness. My role as a clinician is to further understand human behavior to help others deepen their own personal insight.
