My name is Maddie and I'm an EMDR Trained therapist committed to helping teens and adults gain greater insight and understanding into themselves and the issues they seek to address. I utilize a strengths-based, person-centered approach in my practice, empathically holding space for clients to explore, grow, and self-actualize. I believe in helping individuals cultivate greater resilience through self-compassion and vulnerability so that they can feel empowered to lead their most authentic and purpose-driven lives.
I specialize in treating clients with anxiety, trauma, PTSD, depression, and other mood disorders. Throughout my career, I've worked with individuals experiencing both acute and chronic suicidality, as well as self-harm behaviors. I employ an eclectic mix of therapeutic modalities in my practice, including EMDR, DBT, CBT, and psychodynamic interventions.
