Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. My name is Maddie and I'm an EMDR Trained therapist committed to helping teens and adults gain greater insight and understanding into themselves and the issues they seek to address. I utilize a strengths-based, person-centered approach in my practice, empathically holding space for clients to explore, grow, and self-actualize. I believe in helping individuals cultivate greater resilience through self-compassion and vulnerability so that they can feel empowered to lead their most authentic and purpose-driven lives.

I specialize in treating clients with anxiety, trauma, PTSD, depression, and other mood disorders. Throughout my career, I've worked with individuals experiencing both acute and chronic suicidality, as well as self-harm behaviors. I employ an eclectic mix of therapeutic modalities in my practice, including EMDR, DBT, CBT, and psychodynamic interventions.
Are you ready to take the next step towards living a more authentic and fulfilling life? Please feel free to reach out to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey.
