Hi there! I am grateful you're here. In my work with children, adolescents, and adults, I strive to create a friendly and affirming space where you can feel safe to explore all aspects of yourself. I offer a trauma-informed, eclectic style of practice that draws on evidence-based, psychodynamic, and relational theories. I integrate play therapy, movement, and somatic mindfulness techniques to help clients connect with their emotions and how they experience them in the body. I aim to foster curiosity and compassion around your goals in our work together
