My goal is to walk alongside you and help you discover your own resiliency and worth in the midst of mental illness, neurodivergence, and even life transitions and stressors. I have significant experience working with a variety of issues, but have extensive knowledge and experience working with folks in crisis, thinking about ending their life or hurting themselves, or folks living with Borderline Personality Disorder. I am also committed to changing the culture of mental health into one that is inclusive, nonjudgemental, accepting, safe and authentic. After all, mental health is not about being sick, it's about being alive.
In our sessions, you are safe to be you, no matter what you are experiencing. You are unique and one of a kind. Due to this, I combine various modalities to create a personalized approach that fits your vibe. These modalities include: DBT skills, CBT, Music Therapy and Expressive Arts and more. At the end of the day, I am so glad you are here with us.
Adulting is hard and reaching out for help is even harder. My goal is for clients to end sessions knowing they are seen, known and loved as they are. Our culture presents mental illness as dangerous and treatment as shameful. Please let me be the one to change your mind. If you're willing, I would be honored to be a part in your healing journey.
