I believe therapy is a gift you give yourself. It is the space for healing, growing and change. As a therapist, I strive to connect with individuals to help achieve greater self-awareness and strength to overcome adversity. I help adults and adolescents who struggle with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and life transitions that can be overbearing. With experience in both outpatient and inpatient treatment settings, I aspire to assist individuals by using a person- centered approach to live a healthier and happier life.
I offer an open-minded and empathetic perspective. I integrate therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Together, we will learn to develop skills to cope with the issues that are individualized to you.
