Many of my clients are navigating past traumas, mental health conditions, relationship challenges, and faith transitions. I am trained in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Therapy), Narrative therapy, EMDR, CBT, and DBT). I come from a trauma-informed and feminist/multicultural approach.
