Hey there, I'm Maddy! I work with clients experiencing a range of struggles and goals, primarily with those who are experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment, relationship concerns, and social skills. I incorporate mindfulness techniques into session and believe in the importance of client homework. I meet clients where they are, and help them create goals that bring them closer to their values. I want you to create and reach goals that align with your values, gain insight into your life, and process emotions openly and freely.
I believe in the power each person has to impart change in their own life. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore and process what you experience. I implement a wide range of therapeutic techniques, and firmly believe in the importance of the relationship and trust between the therapist and client!
