I have worked with a diverse population, ranging from individuals diagnosed with chronic mental illnesses, to children and adolescents seeking support, and I would like to work with all individuals seeking assistance in their healing journeys. I work with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, among other concerns.
The therapeutic approaches I use most are cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing, among many other modalities. As a therapist, I believe my job is to teach people the strength they possess and give them the tools in order to live the lives they desire.
I offer consultation calls to see if we would be a good fit together on your healing journey, I want individuals to feel comfortable and encouraged to better their lives and establish healthy coping skills. I work for Tahoma Counseling and offer in-person services at our Jenison location as well as telehealth services.
