Are you struggling with managing stress or the symptoms of anxiety or depression? Are you exhausted trying to find balance among the many roles you must play day-to-day and simultaneously be more present in your life? You deserve to stop “going through the motions,” and you deserve to experience more joy in your life. My goal is to help you navigate life with increased hope and resiliency, as you develop the tools to better manage your symptoms and wellness. I enjoy helping clients build new patterns and insights that help to restore balance and connection to their lives.
My primary therapeutic approach is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), but I do not believe there is a one-size approach to therapy. Based on your goals and presenting symptoms, we will work together to determine the course and pace of treatment. I am skilled in incorporating a variety of other therapies including ACT, DBT, and strengths-based therapy.
You are the expert on your life, and my job is to listen and partner with you to uncover your strengths and what makes you, you. My goal is to provide you with a non-judgmental, collaborative space that meets you where you currently are, in order to help you achieve your goals for wellness as you heal and grow.
