Life is full of ups and downs that carry a variety of challenges. I specialize in treating couples and families dealing with relational conflict, miscommunication, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I work together with couples and families to find effective ways to communicate, rebuild trust and the relationship. We will work together to pinpoint the root cause to the challenge in the relationship and create effective goals to address it. In the case of divorce, I support the entire family. I work closely with the children involved and aid in effective communication between parents.
As a former collegiate athlete, I would love to offer support to athletes struggling with negative mindset, performance anxiety, and identity. I want to help you re-wire the negative thoughts holding you back. My therapeutic approach is unique to each client and their individual needs. Together, we will create goals and find solutions.
