Hi! I'm Maddie Mihalich, LCSW. I am passionate about helping people find their inner strength and voice. My practice is heavy handed on self-compassion and connection. Using evidence based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) skills, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction(MBSR) and Mindful self-compassion, each session is tailored specifically toward your needs.

I have a specialty in helping those who struggle with body image, self-worth, self-confidence, disordered eating, anxiety, depression and life transitions. I work with all genders age 18+.

I'm here to help you explore and find what helps you to be your best self. Although life might not get easier, through the therapeutic process, together, we can explore how to better effectively deal with it.
