My expertise is working with children using primarily play based interventions to support children in processing their feelings and expressing themselves in a developmentally appropriate way. I also aim to support parents and caregivers in deepening their connection with their children.
In my practice, my role is to hold a safe space for youth and families on the journey to exploring changes, growing self-compassion and deepening attunement. I am trained in different methods of play therapy. My practice affirms LGBTQIA+, queer, the gender diverse community, and any person who needs a safe place to process, explore, and grow.
My approach is to actively collaborate with you to help you to create changes in a safe and empowering way. I believe therapy should be client centered and focused on progress, not perfection. We will work to get to the heart of the issues and move together towards healing.
