Oftentimes, when we are hurting, feeling anxious or unsure we need a safe space where we can talk, feel heard and begin to understand what we need to feel better. Sometimes this need is hard to meet with the people who are closest to us in our lives or when we feel like we don’t have anyone in our lives who can help us. When this is the case, it can be helpful to meet with a professional who is unbiased, who can provide a new perspective, coping skills and help facilitate a conversation about the things you can and are ready to change in your life.
Through counseling, I help adults and teens talk about and address their emotions, pain and/or challenges they are having in relationships, their life, within themselves or their career. I help individuals discover what they need to heal and solve issues they are having.
When going through a change it can be helpful to process our experience, emotions and pain so that we can feel heard, heal, feel less alone and use our experience to move forward. If you are looking for a safe and supportive space to talk to someone openly and discover what you need to heal and change, I encourage you to email or call me.
