I use a humanistic therapy approach, specifically existentialism, reality therapy, and attachment theory — although these might not mean anything to you now, they will — as I enjoy sharing everything I know with the hope it will help create additional meaning in your life. We'll start by peeling back layers in pursuit of truth, as truth and taking responsibility are key.
I don’t see my role as someone to make you feel better. I see my role as a listener, challenger, and supporter of confronting the things you don’t want to look at. After our first meeting, I hope you leave with more self-awareness than you came in with, feel motivated to change, and are a little scared of what’s to come.
