I have built a therapeutic mosaic from a myriad of approaches based on a deep understanding of the nature of our nervous system, suffering, and the evolutionary and biological bases of what we need as humans to not just survive, but to thrive. This blends attachment, psychodynamic, mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing and parts-based approaches.
Central to my approach is building capacity to attune and find safety and harmony both in the relationships between the different parts of ourselves and with others. This includes identifying and relinquishing past adaptations which no longer serve us and, for some, learning natural "hacks" to care for ourselves when survival programs take over.
