I specialize in working with children 0-10 years old with a family-centered approach. Children grow through play. I utilize play to create a supportive therapeutic environment. Play allows children to communicate about their hurts, learn to problem solve, and explore new ways to express themselves. I am trained evidence-based/informed practices.
My approach to psychotherapy is grounded in child development concepts, attachment theory, parent-child relationships, and strengths-based principles. In sessions we will balance practical strategies and tools with exploration to uncover the underlying cause of symptoms. My practice centers on empowering children and caregivers as I walk alongside you!
