My mission is clear: to guide individuals towards long-term solutions, instill healthy coping mechanisms, and cultivate positive relationships. For this reason I am drawn to clients who share a desire for overall well-being and are ready to confront negative tendencies. This often involves exploring challenging questions, a process that leads to a deeper understanding of oneself. In order to do this I delve into my clients' histories, recognizing that understanding the past is crucial to addressing present challenges. I am dedicated to cutting through the noise and fostering honest communication within a safe and supportive space.
As a clinician I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and prenatal/postpartum support. My career began as a High School Counselor, working with teenagers and their families before I moved on to private practice. This background has equipped me with a unique toolbox, allowing me to connect with clients of all ages.
My goal is to help individuals find inner strength to process life's challenges, both past and present. Through a meticulous analysis of their histories and current lifestyles, I point out connections that may have been unclear to them, facilitating a transformative journey towards healing and the choice of a different, more fulfilling path.
