I specialize in youth and young adults in areas of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, self-esteem, and stress. I have a client-centered, holistic, and eclectic approach to counseling. I have a multimodal approach to counseling where I incorporate different modalities and techniques based off where you are currently and what will help you reach your therapeutic goals. Techniques I utilize in session include CBT, ACT, DBT, Solution Focused, Exposure, Grief, Gestalt, Reality, Mindfulness, as well as Seven Challenges and Play Therapy.
