Many individuals who come to me for assistance often express frustration with the self-sabotaging behaviors that they experience. These behaviors hinder their ability to live a fulfilling and satisfying life.
I’m Mackenzie Benson, a therapist at Cedar Tree Counseling, and I specialize in serving adolescents and adults with substance abuse, eating disorders, trauma, as well as anxiety and depression. I understand one can feel powerless when struggling with these symptoms, which is why I use evidence-based interventions and a compassionate, non-judgmental approach.
