I am passionate about relationships and would love to be able to help anyone struggling in any relationship. I am currently an intern student completing my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy at National University. I implement a variety of evidence-based modalities when working with clients. I appreciate how Emotionally Focused Therapy focuses on how our early experiences inform how we engage in adult relationships (our attachment styles) and how to change the negative interactional cycle that we often find ourselves in.
I am a non-traditional aged student who is constantly learning and implementing new knowledge into my work with clients. As a certified yoga teacher, I value a holistic view of health and healing.
