I am an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), a National Certified Counselor (NCC), as well as a Professional School Counselor and have been counseling children, adolescents, and families since 2016 in both Georgia and Michigan. I have been trained to help with a variety of different life challenges including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, and relationship conflicts. In addition, I have been trained in trauma-informed yoga, meditation, and mindfulness as well as in strengths-focused interventions.
