Integrating Mindfulness and Meditation with different psychotherapeutic approaches has been helpful for my clients. My previous training includes treatment of family of origin issues, trauma, ADHD, depression, and anxiety, drawing from a variety of disciplines, including psychodynamic, attachment theory, cognitive-behavioral therapy. I have recently completed Level 1 Training in IFS and am integrating this modality successfully into my approach to helping clients heal.
