I am a neuro-affirming therapist, who specializes in working with children and teens with Autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have experience working with children and youth in clinical and educational settings including as an outpatient therapist, school-based therapist, early childhood mental health consultant, school counselor, and as a therapeutic mentor. I also work closely with parents and caregivers as they learn more about the unique ways their child interacts with their world, which can also include advising or advocating for school services if your child is currently struggling in school.

I specialize in teens and adults (ages 13+) with a history of PTSD/Trauma who are experiencing mental health symptoms that impact daily functioning. I practice integrative psychotherapy to offer a variety of clinical skills & interventions to ensure individualized care for each client. I believe in providing a comfortable and relaxed environment for clients to address issues identified in treatment. Collaborative treatment planning with my client allows for goals and objectives to be identified. Clients will begin the healing process using a variety of techniques, interventions, and theoretical approaches. In addition to outpatient therapy, I also serve as Guardian Ad Litem to Berkshire, Franklin, Hampshire and Hampden County probate courts evaluating high conflict/custody agreements and parenting plans.

Sometimes going through the demands of life on our own is overwhelming and it has been shown support can help us overcome these challenges. That is where we come together, to work through those traumatic experiences collaboratively. Together, we will identify behavioral patterns of the past that have worked for you and those that are no longer serving you. Together, we will explore feelings that rise inside you and learn to identify the links they have to your thoughts and how you react and respond in situations. Together, we will work on building a more positive narrative that motivates you to make the changes you want to see.
