I am a licensed professional counselor that has been working in behavioral health for over 20 years. I am a lifelong resident of South Jersey and obtained my Bachelors and Masters degrees from La Salle University in Philadelphia.

With over twenty five years of clinical experience, I help people who struggle with their relationships. Weather you are involved with a complicated parter, struggling in your marriage, dealing with infidelity, co-dependency, or addiction; considering uncoupling, starting over, or grieving the loss of the one you love, I will help you get to the heart of the matter. My ideal client has either experienced a past trauma and/or is dealing with anxiety or depression. This client can be someone diagnosed with ASD, as I enjoy working with neurodiverse populations. This client should want guidance and support to develop emotional regulation skills, build positive relationships with others, or process their emotional experiences. I can help support those going through various life transitions, as well as help people develop self-awareness and understanding.

My ideal client is a young adult who is working on getting their life together. They are having a difficult time controlling their emotions and suffers with anxiety. Their goals are to get and keep a job, work on a career, and be more responsible. They are realizing that it is time to get it together. I primarily work with tween and teen girls ages in 6th grade and up. I also provide parenting consultation and support. I see kids typically experiencing anxiety, stress, peer difficulties, family complexities, and/or low self-esteem. My style is based on being an approachable, funny, and down-to-earth adult who your child can trust. My job is not to solve their problems but to help them develop the tools to do so themselves without experiencing high-stress levels. I have a specialty in the behavioral approaches to child and teen weight loss for kids struggling with overweight or obesity.
