I am a master's-level clinician committed to helping children, teens and their families. Over the past decade, I provided counseling services to students in grades K-12 as a professionally licensed school adjustment counselor and I am still active in this role. Hi. I’m Sheena (she/her), a mental health counselor licensed in the state of Massachusetts. I work with clients ages 14 and up. I specialize in working with clients managing anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and life stressors/changes. I have experience and really enjoy working with LGBTQ+ clients. Additionally, I am trauma- and neurodiverse-informed. As a Highly-Sensitive Person, I bring empathy and curiosity into my work as a therapist. I specialize in helping with grief, depression, trauma, spiritual and end-of-life issues. My clientele includes adults, families, the older adult (55+), and the geriatric population. Holding a deep love for geriatric or harder-to-place pets (usually due to medical or behavioral issues), and having an ongoing, multi-pet household, I am also versed as a pet grief counselor.

Elaine is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than 30 years of experience working with a diverse client population with differing backgrounds. She holds a Master’s Degree from Lesley Graduate School, after which Elaine worked as a community therapist; an experience which gave her the skills and abilities to help clients with their most difficult issues and conflicts.
