I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Delaware who believes that any and everyone can benefit from therapy. I believe that reaching out for help is a sign of great strength. I create a safe space in which clients feel comfortable opening up by being authentic, humorous, and also direct. I challenge clients by asking the tough questions while still being compassionate to their needs. Therapy is a collaborative effort in which I provide support to help clients tackle life's obstacles. I view problems in a systemic manner and view the core of most issues as relational.

We will work with you to identify what is going on and we will work on a treatment plan together to get you feeling better as soon as possible. I am passionate about helping couples craft deeply nourishing and caring relationships. In our meetings we learn the skills required for loving another person well: good communication, problem solving and repair. We explore what it means for each person to feel loved and cared for and work toward a dance that honors each members unique preferences. He is Licensed in 14 states and has served clients from all age groups. Over the years, Dr. Jeff has organized lectures and various events in the community, including excursions and retreats for couples to improve their communication and better understand each other. He has experience working with athletes in the NFL, NBA, and MLB. In addition, Dr. Jeff has also worked with clients in the Movie, Music, and Entertainment Industries.

During her career, she has worked in psychiatric hospitals (outpatient/inpatient), community mental health clinics, and school based settings. She has extensive experience working with patients across the lifespan, with a wide variety of presenting concerns. Tandeka specializes in supporting patients in recovery from addiction, managing developmental complex trauma/grief, and those facing individual/community identity issues. She also has specialty practices with the following populations: adolescents, women in recovery, athletes, and couples.

Summer 2024 - Accepting New Clients! With life becoming increasingly demanding, it can feel like we are always battling on a new frontier. We do not, however, have to power through it alone! Whether it’s with relationships, family, jobs, college, new cultural environments or even ourselves, I aim to support my clients with recognizing and managing the emotional impact that life’s torrent of changes has on us all.
