Whether managing short-term or long-term stress, I value making a space for clients to take a moment to stop, step back from what they're doing and take a look from the outside. In a comfortable space with a supportive therapeutic relationship, clients can best understand themselves and disentangle challenges of daily life. I believe in helping clients identify what defines them as an individual, and how to best fulfill the things in life that are important to them. I also value awareness of identities relating to culture, ethnicity, gender and sex, and how they affect clients' values and goals.

I am an IFS Level 1 & Level 2 trained therapist. IFS- Internalized Family Systems Therapy is a leading evidence based model that allows one to heal internally and live a more fulfilling joyous life. I am sorry to say I am not currently accepting individual clients. I am a high energy, direct, relational therapist. I work hard to help clients articulate their goals and then take measurable steps towards achieving them. If you are looking for a therapist who is lively and a "straight shooter", I might be a good fit for you. In addition, I work well with motivated individuals, who may be struggling, but are also interested in creating change in their life.
