As a clinician, I seek to develop a strong rapport with my clients to promote a collaborative treatment process. I help my clients learn more about themselves and better identify their emotional and therapeutic needs. I believe the opportunity for my clients to develop a sense of agency, and identify how to take action when faced with difficult situations, is key to self-empowerment and growth. I work with my clients to gather information about themselves and their situations, to learn to reflect on their emotions and behaviors in a nonjudgmental way, and to build their confidence to make positive decisions in their life.

One of the most difficult conversations people can have is talking about themselves, but that is why therapy is so important: to give people the opportunity to practice how to talk and care for themselves. I would like to work with someone who wants to learn more about themselves, brainstorm on how to carry themselves, and find more ways to love themselves. Therapy is a wonderful place to rediscover what makes us who we are. Therapy is also a great place to take stalk on what we have in our life both the good and the needs improvement.

Words are our most powerful tool in expressing ourselves. It can be liberating and insightful. I can guide you to expressing your most inner thoughts and feelings, a path to exploring, understanding and gaining greater insight into ourselves. It can be difficult to find the time and energy to confront the things that make us unhappy, or to simply explore who we are and how we came to be that way. You may feel "stuck" in certain patterns of relationships, and wish that you were more content. You may want to have someone outside of your experiences to help give you perspective on these issues, but worry about finding the right person

My name is Anastaxia Kirkpatrick, and I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts. I became interested in the mental health field early on. I took my first introductory to psychology class in high school and this inspired me to pursue higher degrees in the psychology field. I eventually narrowed by specialty to forensic psychology, and I have a master's degree in forensic mental health counseling and have worked in several community settings. During my time working in community settings, I was able to witness the need for more outpatient therapists.

Hello there! My name is Dr. Shanda Reynolds, LMHC. I work with brave individuals, throughout the age span, who are ready to live in the present moment. While our past builds us up to who we are now, we are best served when we recognize the value of those experiences while not using them as a gauge to determine our value right now. We work on goals by helping to unpack where you feel constrained. Sometimes we begin with a larger goal that we work on "right sizing" to a more concentrated size. Often, we will begin working on one goal and realize other goals may need to be addressed first. All of this is done in collaboration.
