I provide child, adolescent and adult clinical services to individuals and families. I am trained as a clinical, developmental and educational psychologist with two doctoral-level degrees in clinical and educational psychology. I have worked nationally and internationally with departments and ministries of health and education to offer services focused on emotional development across cultures. I have held faculty positions at Hawaii Pacific University, Yale University School of Medicine and Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence. My publications are in the fields of cultural, educational and clinical psychology.

I focus on building relationships with people so they may deepen their awareness and understanding of themselves and their experiences. I am currently taking new clients for the treatment of depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, behavior changes needed for wellness and health, stress management, and sobriety maintenance. I also work with individuals who are affected by a loved one's substance use and/or mental health issues. I provide consultations to individuals and families who are experiencing mental health, school and behavioral issues for the first time, to provide information re: utilizing community and clinical resources and potential treatment options.

As a highly-skilled clinical psychologist specializing in therapy for both adults and teens, she brings heart to her work, and she knows how to work with all kinds of minds. She will help you find the positive potential for healing and growth in even life’s most difficult setbacks and transitions. Her specialties include parent coaching and advocacy, ADHD, and treating anxiety and depression.
