I am a seasoned clinician with more than 30 years experience. I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults as well as couples and families. I have an interest in working with adults and adolescents with co-occurring substance use disorders. Although I am not currently accepting new clients, several of my colleagues have openings. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years experience working with people struggling with a wide range of issues including, but not limited to social/emotional distress, developmental delays, learning disabilities, as well as issues related to chronic mental illness. Although I consider myself to be an eclectic, my primary therapeutic modalities are Client-Centered Therapy and CBT infused with the psycho-educational component of DBT focusing on Mindfulness, Emotional Regulation, Distress Tolerance and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
