Having served in education as a teacher, coach, and in various administrator roles for over 25 years, I am well-acquainted with issues that students face, ranging from anxiety and depression to stress management and identity development. Each person is unique and I strive to help each one develop wholly, seeking to help them find who they are and how to live life to its fullest potential!

Everyone will eventually come upon an issue that they are struggling to process. In Addition, Our Success RATE is 85% of Our Couples that have Successfully Completed Our Couples Workshops or Alcohol Treatment.

I have been a marriage and family therapist for over twenty-five years. Through my counseling years, I have worked with individuals, couples, and families. I also work with parents who need assistance managing their child's difficult behaviors and to cope with the stressors related to these behaviors. It is my goal to work collaboratively with adolescents and their families to achieve social, emotional, and relational satisfaction. I develop quick rapport with my clients and use this relationship to help them find practical and realistic solutions to their problems.

I specialize in work with young children and teens using play therapy as my primary modality. Children dealing with developmental challenges including behavior problems, trauma, foster care and adoption are also a focus. I have had a lot of success supporting parents through coaching and consultation as well as working with teachers and educators to encourage success for the client and for the client's family.
