I work with parents of young children who need support during the challenging early years. I also enjoy working with college students and young adults who are dealing with interpersonal dynamics or changes in their lives and need support during this time.

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with 16 years of experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy. My goal is to provide a space in which you feel safe, heard, and validated. I have a background in systems theory but I also pull from other frameworks including psychodynamic approaches, client-centered, and CBT.
