I believe in the power of a positive rapport building experience for all patients struggling with addiction and alcohol issues. I offer strength-building and self-empowerment approaches to client-centered care while addressing self-management skills. Clients learn how to become encouraged and motivated to believe in their own capacity for successful outcomes and attainable goals, while addressing Substance Use Disorder and subsequent complexities throughout the treatment process.

My goal is to help someone who is struggling with everyday life and the challenges that it may bring due to anxiety, depression, trauma , etc. it is important to want to make a change and to work hard towards your goals. I would love to be able to provide helpful tools, feedback, and a safe space for individuals to be able to make the changes that they feel necessary to achieve their goals.

My therapeutic approach centers around establishing a trusting and collaborative environment for clients to navigate their challenges. I am dedicated to providing a warm, inviting, and non-judgmental space, empowering individuals to confront obstacles and find peace and balance in their lives.

I feel that everyone has a story and they need to relate that story as to how it has helped or hurt them. I want to hear your story and how that situation has influenced your life. Sometimes looking at your story from a different viewpoint will change your life. My therapeutic approach depends on the problem being addressed.

Devorah has a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Eastern Nazarene College and works with adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, mood instability, trauma, grief, and others experiencing significant life challenges. Prior to obtaining her Master’s degree, Devorah worked in the emergency room supporting victims of sexual assault. Devorah approaches her clients with a Strengths-Based perspective and believes that each client has within them the ability for positive change and healthy functioning.
