I work from a trauma-informed, systemic perspective, creating a safe supportive environment to allow for growth and change. I believe that clients have the power to heal themselves but can get stuck by past trauma and have difficulty accessing their own inner strength. I am here to help you access your own natural resources to navigate difficult times. I want to get you to your goals as quickly as possible and am happy to work short-term or long-term. My clients generally have relationship or family conflicts, PTSD, anxiety, behavioral issues or mood disorders.

As a consultant and Adjunct Professor specializing in grief and loss, I realize that not all losses are due to death. Grieving for a multitude of losses, including Learning Disorders, ADHD, and adoption, is my focus of treatment.

I am a clinical social worker that works with adults, adolescents,children,and families/couples that present with a wide variety of mental health and behavioral issues. I have very strong skills in treating anxiety of all sorts, post traumatic stress disorder, depression, grief, life transitions/difficult adjustments, relationship problems and complications related to divorce.
