My clients have had a range of issues they have sought to resolve struggles with addiction, family disruptions, anxiety, depression, eating disorders and many others. My practice modalities include Solution focused care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, Dialectical Behavioral techniques and Person Centered Care with a focus on the goals of the client. I work with adults, and adolescents.

These past experiences, no matter how small or big they may seem, can take a toll on our mental health and act as a barrier to living the life we want to live. As an EMDR therapist, my practice is operated on the theory that our past experiences cause present distress and prevent us from reaching our goals.
