I am not accepting new clients at this time. I am a Social Worker who has worked with children, adults, and families needing guidance for over 20 years. I work with people of all ages and backgrounds. I will collaborate with you to help you achieve all of your goals and to learn how to manage your mental health. I work with all different diagnosis' including Anxiety, PTSD, Depression, OCD, ADHD, Autism, Bipolar I and II, and and Schizophrenia. Every person is individually unique and I am ready to meet you where you are at to help guide you to get you to where you want to be.

My ideal client is someone who likes to be challenged as well as encouraged, for both are essential to growth and healing. I believe all clients have a level of resiliency that they bring to the table. My job as your therapist is to foster that resiliency.
