I believe strongly in that true happiness comes from inner strength within ourselves and my goal is to help my clients reach the goals they want to be committed to. An ideal client for me would be someone who has anxiety and could not get over the past or someone who is suffering from depression. I have helped many clients of mine overcome severe anxiety/depression and improve life quality.

My lived in experience as an international student/an immigrant/an Asian/Asian American provider allow me to carry curious and multicultural lens while support individuals in managing emotions in relation to life events. My clinic prioritizes medical professionals and people of color (to work on healing racial trauma) Working with a diverse population for many years widens my appreciation toward everyone I encounter. Learning from years of valuable experience, I do not take a blueprint or “one-size-fits-all” approach. Every client has an individualized curriculum.
