I'm a fellow parent who understands and knows the unique stressors that come with the job.
I focus on parents and those trying to become parents. Parenting is demanding and nonstop. Once you think you have it figured out, there is always something new from infants to adult children. It also brings on extra strain in areas such as finances, relationships, careers, and self care. In addition, sometimes family planning does not go as expected. I help parents deal with infertility, miscarriage, loss, etc. Mothers also can have difficult pregnancies, birth trauma, and postpartum depression and anxiety. I'm here to listen, help you identify ways to cope, and help you work through realistic solutions.

With sleep deprivation setting in and a flood of advice on how to parent the "right" way, we're left feeling all alone.
Offering online sessions. Being a woman comes with high expectations, and the pressure to be perfect in every aspect of life can feel all consuming. Juggling career, fertility, parenting, and relationships is hard enough, and trying to manage it all can leave us feeling entirely drained. On top of that, old wounds from the past sometimes sneak up, adding additional anxiety. And when getting pregnant turns out to be harder than expected, it’s easy to feel like our bodies are betraying us. It happens so easily for others, yet month after month the pregnancy test continues coming back negative. We may begin to feel like we're failing.

My clients want real help, not someone who simply nods and agrees with everything they say. They want to know "what to do" and "how to fix it" because they're struggling with depression, severe anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, suicidal thoughts, parenting, and other difficult and painful situations. They also want an expert who is a real person they can talk to. As a member of PSYPACT, I can see clients in every PSYPACT state and I am also licensed in MA.

Accepting new clients during the daytime for telehealth sessions. I work with adults needing support with anxiety, depression, parenting/life stressors, career ambivalence, relationship issues, self-esteem, cultural factors, and transition. Are cultural expectations affecting your daily functioning, career goals, or desires? By understanding how these triggers can impact symptoms, we can break negative cycles and empower positive change.
