Dr. David received his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Southern California and completed both his clinical psychology internship and his neuropsychology post-doctoral residency at the UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior and Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital. He held a faculty appointment as Assistant Clinical Professor in the UCLA Department of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences where he supervised interns and residents for fifteen years.
