I enjoy processing / validating and skills based work, incorporating Solution Focused Therapy, DBT, CBT, and ACT and Motivational Interviewing.

My therapeutic style is warm, emphatic ,collaborative, and evidence based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, Family Systems, acceptance and commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
