Ultimately, my goal is to help you develop a deeper sense of self-understanding and a greater capacity for self-compassion. By understanding the root causes of your challenges, we can work together to cultivate lasting change and growth.
I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and substance abuse. I have worked with a diverse range of clients, including LGBTQI couples, blended families, families adjusting to life stage transitions and immigration, and couples who have experienced infidelity or chronic conflict.
The beauty of therapy is you can focus on making changes you want in a safe and judgement free space. I believe therapy is beneficial to everyone since it allows you to completely open up about your needs without needing to care for your therapist as you might a friend or family member.
